Every portrait is painted for you, and you see it before you pay.

Not happy with your digital portrait? Email support@paintedkin.com within 30 days of your order with your order number. We'll paint it again for free in another style, or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.

If something fails on our side and your files aren't delivered, we refund you in full automatically.

Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show within 5-10 business days.
